Bodhi seed and other plant seed products, incense materials and essential oils may be subject to destination quarantine or airline restrictions. If your address cannot receive certain items, we will contact you to adjust the order before shipping.

Courses & digital content

Course seat confirmation and study materials are sent by email and incur no shipping fees. Live class links are sent 48 hours before the start; recorded content unlocks module by module after the course begins.

RETURNS

Returns policy.

We want every object to truly suit you. Within 7 days of delivery, unused items with the original packaging, certificate and accessories can be returned or exchanged. Please write to care@nadahimalaya.com first — do not ship anything back directly.

  • Singing bowls, tingsha, malas and meditation textiles: unused and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • Fragile items such as crystal bowls and salt lamps: if transport damage is found within 48 hours of delivery, please photograph it and contact us — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Custom-tuned, engraved or used bowls: not eligible for no-reason returns, but lifetime tuning consultation is included.
  • Incense, essential oils, resins and course seats: due to hygiene and knowledge-product nature, once opened or confirmed, no-reason returns are not supported.
  • Courses: one free reschedule up to 14 days before the start; after the start, no refunds, but you may transfer to the next cohort (20% administrative fee applies).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cross-border payments may involve exchange-rate differences; the actual amount received applies.

CARE

Care guide.

Copper singing bowls

After each use, wipe the body and inside with a dry, soft cotton cloth to remove moisture and hand oils. Avoid prolonged soaking, chemical cleaners and steel wool. The copper will naturally deepen in colour with time and use — this is normal oxidation, not a defect. To restore lustre, rub gently with a little lemon juice and salt, then rinse immediately with clean water and dry thoroughly.

Crystal bowls

Avoid sudden temperature changes, direct sunlight and hard impacts. Clean with warm water and a soft sponge; do not use an ultrasonic cleaner or dishwasher. Play with the included silicone mallet and avoid striking with metal mallets.

Malas & textiles

Bodhi seeds fear water and oil. Turn them with dry hands and clean the ridges regularly with a soft brush. The cover of the wool meditation cushion can be hand-washed in cold water; the inner core should only be aired in the shade. For the plant-indigo scarf, hand-wash alone in cold water the first time; avoid bleach and long soaking.

Incense & essential oils

Keep incense sticks and resins in a cool, dry place, away from children and flammables. Store essential oils away from light at room temperature; consult a professional before use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, for infants, or if you have sensitive skin.
